As a shift lead at Preppy Pet I primarily focused on making sure my team had a successful shift. I also handled scheduling appointments for clients as well as keeping track of contracts and client information. It was my responsibility to stay up to date with changing services and procedures and insure that they were implemented effectively and efficiently. My time at Preppy Pet has given me leadership experience as well as problem solving skills. I've also learned how to come up with solutions to problems quickly.

My time as a lifeguard made me a more disciplined worker as my number one priority was ensuring pool safety. I was also responsible for keeping the facility clean and checking customers in and out of the pool area. This job has helped me learn how to work well in high stake environments and with a team.
